Gesetz vom 09.12.1976; mit Wirkung vom 31.12.2001 außer Kraft getreten gemäß Artikel 6 des Schuldrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes vom 26.11.2001 (BGBl. I 2001, S. 3138, 3187). Die entsprechenden Vorschriften wurden in §§ 305 bis 310 BGB überführt. |
