Assistenzprofessor für lateinische Literatur an der Universität von Patras, Griechenland; Er arbeitete auch als Adjunct Lecturer in Latein an der Open University of Cyprus. George promovierte an der University of Oxford (2011) mit einer Dissertation über Melancholie in der hellenistischen und lateinischen Poesie. Ich interessiere mich für die Geschichte der Geisteskrankheit. 2012-13 arbeitete er als Junior Research Associate bei Professor A.Chaniotis ERC-Projekt: "Die soziale und kulturelle Konstruktion von Emotionen: Das griechische Paradigma"
