Abstract: "'That City' is a comic work by Hong Kong cartoonist Wong Chiu-tat, which has been serialized in Hong Kong newspapers for one year since July 2020. Justin Wong (Wong Chiu-tat), who had been publishing a few comic strips on current affairs daily in newspapers for many years, changed the name of the comics column on current affairs from "This City" to "That City" after the passage of the National Security Law in Hong Kong. New media software art works are similar to flash or clip art. "That City" is mainly hand-painted with pencils. Due to the blurred background of the story, it has a stronger magical and realistic color, and it is more inclined to introspective exploration in the direction of psychology and emotions. Wong Chiu-tat has always the cold humor turns into rich sadness and poetry. Seeing "Music Fountain" and "Bubble City" in the spring of 2021, I was not the first to be delighted by the avant-garde boldness, but to feel some kind of pain that was also shattered by the impact."--From publisher.
